[The Gym, Cheerleading Practice, Wednesday After Workshops]

Realizing there hadn't been a scheduled practice in a while, and that there was a basketball match coming up... sometime, Alec decided to live up to his co-captain title and hold one.

So he was in the gym after workshops, putting out the mats and playing what sounded like a CD of all your favorite 80s songs, dance-remixed nearly beyond recognition.

"Ahh no you won't." Pippi said taking his hands and pulling him closer to her. "I'm sure of it."

"But...Pippi..!" Demyx stumbled closer to her, then rested his hands on her shoulders. "Are you sure about this? I don't want you to get hurt or anything."

"Nah, I won't get hurt." she said. "You're pretty light."

"Wh-what!?" Demyx barely had time to register what she said before he was flying. "Pippi!" He squeaked in the air, falling back toward the mats while images of becoming a flattened cheerleader flashed through his mind.

Pippi caught the spaz her friend neatly in her arms as he came down.

"No no Demyx. You're not cheering for me you're cheering for the Blue Gremlins! Try it again!"

*woosh*

Spaz was definitely more appropriate. Demyx tried to do a flip rather than just flail, and managed a sort of quick in-the-air split before coming back down. "Th-that's enough, Pippi! Give me a second to catch my breath!"

Pippi caught him again.

"Okay." she said.

There's a pause.

". . ."

She hasn't put him down yet.

". . . . . ."

*blink blink*

"... Weeeeeeeee!"

*woosh*

"Damnit, Pippi!" Demyx shouted, doing an aerial pose and then dropping back down. He was starting to get used to flying. "Aren't you getting tired yet??"

"Um.... Nope." she grinned.

"Well, then." Demyx grinned slightly, much more prepared for the next throw and managing a somersault in the air. "How much longer?"

Pippi caught him and paused to think about it.

"I haven't got anything planned really this afternoon."

Demyx sighed and gave in, allowing her to continue throwing him into the air. It gave him a chance to practice, at least. Kinda like a trampoline, but more like the real deal in a performance. Since, you know, it was. "Well, as long as you're having fun!"

Pippi tossed him up into the air, and suddenly, she was also up in the air with him doing a split kick.

"Aren't you having fun Demyx?"

She grabbed his waist and gave him a toss a little higher up in the air so she would make it to the ground before him.
