Isabel sat on the counch watching March of the Penguins hoping a movie about Antartica would help her not think about how hot it was. It wasn't working.

"Hey, Xander," Peter said. "Life treating you well?"

"Since I didn't have to go outside for anything today, I'd have to say life's being pretty friendly for the moment," Xander said, nodding.

"That would definitely make this a nice day," Peter agreed.

"Granted if I have to stare at the walls of this place for too long, it might be a choice between braving the heat or a couple hundred lines worth of 'all work and no play makes Xander a dull boy...'" Xander shrugged. "At least I can cut and paste, though, unlike that poor dude in The Shinning."

"Yeah, but then it becomes 'all work and no play and too much C&P makes Xander a dull boy'," Peter said. "But at least then you could play Free Cell for a couple hours before going completely nuts."

"I'm pretty sure playing Free Cell for more than half an hour would actually speed up the timetable for going psycho. Spider Solitaire's more my game," Xander said. "Free Cell makes my head hurt."

"I've never cared for Spider Solitaire," Peter said, smirking at the irony. "Honestly, I'm a bigger fan of Minesweeper."

"Minesweeper freaks me out - I think it's a side-effect of having a bunch of military knowledge crammed into my head one Halloween. I can't help pictuing the real thing and bracing for an earth-shattering kaboom if I click the wrong button."

"But instead you just get the little face turning into a frown," Peter said. "It must be somewhat anti-climactic."

"A frown with X's for eyes! It's completely traumatic," Xander said. He might've been exaggerating a weeee bit, yes.
