Having rummaged through every drawer in Angela's room to no avail, the gremlin-bitten girl went to what looked like some kind of living room. She climbed up on the counter and started poking through the cabinets; there had to be alcohol somewhere.

After all, this was, like, some fancy boarding school, right?

"You have a girlfriend and you live with another girl?," Angela asked,. "This school is so, so progressive."

"You're telling me," Joxer said. "It's way more advanced than anything from where I'm from."

Which is where?" Rayanne asked. She had found a piece of hard candy somewhere, and was now loudly chomping on it.

"That's a ways," Rayanne agreed. "Hope you work things out with your roomie and your girlfriend."
