Third Floor Common Room, Friday Afternoon

WIth no classes today, the twins lounged in the common room. Hikaru was eatting popcorn and watching the Z FIles while Kaoru sat to the side, making what must have sounded like strange barking as he looked over his Cross Species Communications vocabulary packet.

"Yes. You are," Walter conceded and pressed the attack from a different direction. "So, how was Magic class?"

Alphonse made a face at him, knowing the exact reason why he asked. "It went fine," he replied simply.

"Good. Good. So, what's your favorite class?"

"So far?" He shrugged. "All I've done is introductions and basic overviews of the course. Hard to judge from just that."

"The course overviews were enough for me. The only one I'm not particularly interested in is the Prophecy class. Lots of reading just for Arthur to drive one point home for me."

"That's the only reason why?" Alphonse shook his head. "You never know, you might just get something out of it."

Walter tapped the books stacked on the coffee table next to his open notebook. "I'm taking it seriously. I just wouldn't have chosen the class for myself."

"Ah." Alphonse leaned back a little more comfortably on the sofa. "Well, if you're wondering, I'll be doing the same for all my classes." He gave Walter another look. "Just because I'm not too crazy about one doesn't mean I'm going to fail it."
