Gym, Evening

You really had to wonder what the punching bag had done to make Alanna hate it so much. Faithful sat on the window ledge, happily washing his paw.

Pip stretched as he entered the gym, looking forward to working out a bit after spending so much time in his room whimpering in pain.

"Ah. I see the bag is in extreme use today," he said.

"Touche," Pip said. "I don't think I really know you well enough to be so bold as to pry into your affairs, but if you want a live partner to hit, I'm here." So saying, Pip started off to work on a few katas.

Aeryn actually hasn't been to the gym to work out in a while, so she heads down when her Biology book frustrates her again. "Bad day?" she asks in lieu of greeting, heading to one of the machines.

"She introduced herself as Alianne of Pirate's Swoop, no surname that I recognized," she answers, and there's part of her that can't help but think she'll be telling someone about a family member tomorrow in the gym when she trains Luke, too. "She's... I don't know. I might be looking for it now. She knows what she's doing. I know I'd trust either of you to take care of yourselves..."

"Pirate's Swoop..." Alanna thought out loud. "It's more of a harbor than a thief really. It's...been abandoned for ten years now. More even. I remember the King was talking about maybe giving it to some noble or other. So that gets me nowhere. That's good, right? She's trained. Or something." The girl used her head to hit the punching bag instead. "And she's taller than me!"
