Evie had finally found something on the television that looked both familiar and interesting: Out of Africa Leaving the Dark Continent. She had a big bowl of popcorn and was watching Karin and Bror during World War I.

Really, that Dennys was more interesting though.

Sakurazaki chuckled, still flustered from her rambling, and rather shocked, in a good way, about being asked straight up front if she were a ninja. That, and it was difficult to keep up with all of Evie's questions.

"Not quite a ninja," she said with a nod, "but something very similar. The floating is accurate, but we mostly just call it flying. It's a very, very advanced technique. And I have been learning swordplay since I was just a little girl. As you can see," she bit her lip against a nervous smile, "I can get a little excited about the subject."

"Well, that's understandable. I tend to babble quite a bit about *my* interests. Archaeology and history and the like. And most people find them much more boring than swordplay." Evie sighed, and tilted her head. "Will you be able to fly, when you've done all your training and the like? That must be lovely."

"Oh, I can do it now, actually," Sakurazaki said, with a slightly bobbing head, hoping that it didn't sound like she was bragging. "In more ways than one, actually. I can do both that, like what they're doing here, but I can also....well, I...you see, I actually have wings, too, so...."

Blush, blush, blush. It was a lot easier when she could just whip 'em out and let them speak for themselves...

"Oooooooooo." Evie blinked at her, and nearly tipped over the bowl of popcorn. "Really? You're not having me on?"

Sakurazaki winced a little bashfully at the reaction and nodded in a similar fashion. "Really. I would show you right now, but they're too big for the common rooms."

"Oh, that's *tremendous*," Evie said, looking amazed. "How utterly marvelous. I'm quite green with envy here. HAve you ever flown off the roof?"

The levels at which Sakurazaki's blush could reach always astounded her.

"The roof here? I have, a few times. I always like to have a nice fly around the island sometime when I'm upset..."

Evie beamed at her, thrilled to meet a person who *was* magic, and didn't just *do* magic, and gave a little bounce. "Oh, how ripping. You must tell me next time, I should love to see it."

"Heh, sure, no problem, Evie," Sakurazaki nodded, grinning a bit dopily, although the whole idea of just showing of her wings and flying just for the sake of showing them off made her rather nervous. But Evie just seemed so....excited about it...
