Marie was up early and baking muffins in the common room. She had the radio on and was singing along. One might say she was in a good mood.

Phoebe grinned. "Today must be Barbossa's favourite day of the year."

"Either that or his worst," Willow said. "I know the vampires back home hated Halloween. Unfortunately none of the other evil creatures agreed with them."

"I have a problem with the stereotyping of witches during Halloween."

Willow gasped. "Me too! Hello? Not all of us are green and warty and wear those pointy hats."

"Exactly! I mean, take a look around you. close-minded people. Here are two pretty cute witches, thank you very much."

Phoebe nodded. "And don't forget about Lavender."

"Ms. Calendar," Willow added. "Five."

Phoebe nodded emphatically. "And Agnes, that makes six."

"Haven't met Agnes yet," Willow said. "Only heard of her by rumor. Are she and Joxer getting along any better, do you know?"

Phoebe shrugged. "I'm not sure. Joxer hasn't said."

"It must be hard doing the co-ed rooming when you don't like your roommate," Willow said. "Especially if you're a sweet guy like Joxer."

Phoebe nodded. "And Joxer really is a sweetheart."

"I'm so happy for him and Kaylee," Willow said. "I think they make a great couple."
