Fifth Floor Common Room - Tuesday Morning

Marie was up early and baking muffins in the common room. She had the radio on and was singing along. One might say she was in a good mood.

Phoebe shook her head. "No they didn't. I was upset at the time, but later I was grateful they didn't. At the time..." She shrugged. "It was not a pretty thing and I wanted to hide from everyone because the sudden onslaught of visions and emotions scared me."

Marie nodded. "I can sort of understand that," she said. "I got a bunch of Jamie's memories when I touched him."

Phoebe nodded. "I can sort of relate to how that must have been for you. Not perfectly, because no one can relate completely unless they've been through it."

"Yeah, but it's nice to know you're not the only one going through weird things," Marie said.
