The Roof, Sunday Night

Dawn dragged her CD player up to the roof, plugged it in over by Bel's plants, and let loose--spinning and twirling and basically dancing like no one was watching--because they weren't. The music at the dance had been great, but Dawn was feeling the serious need to boogie to something from the latter half of the century.

Sometimes there was just no place for joy and happiness to go but out.

[ooc: Post is open to all--bring your own music and be a dancing fool!]

"It's not an easy place to live, but some parts of it are very beautiful." Door nods. "But it's not safe for me, now. Well, the market would be, I suppose, because of the truce, but not home in general."

"Someone didn't like my father's diplomacy, I think." Door's faze goes distant for a second, but she didn't come up here to mourn; she's done that already. "Perhaps. I don't know for sure."
