Outside of Hunting Class, 7th period

Blair didn't have a sign today. Instead he was handing out a flyer to anyone in the hallway.

3 Tips for Dealing with Conflict

Discover - Find out more about the situation. Go into this with all the facts.
Communicate - Talk things over. Maybe you and the other person/demon/monster can come to an agreement!

Jim grinned back and took it, reading over it with an eyebrow lifted. "Looks good. Think it'll work?"

Jim shook his head. "I'm still amazed you didn't get landed in detention for that one last week."

Jim nodded. He looked at the flyer in his hand again, looking for something to say.

Jim's face closed over and he glanced up and down the hallways before stepping closer, one hand coming up to gesture as he spoke. "No, they aren't coming. Look. You aren't going to mention this thing to my dad, alright? He is the last person I want to know."

"Good," Jim grumbled, jamming his hands back in his pockets. "Not that it matters. Got a call from my dad. He's not coming."

Jim shook his head. "'Salright." He eyed Blair. "You okay with that? Your mom coming, I mean." He wondered what it would be like to have a nice relationship with one's parents.
