Dean had got lots of marshmallows and sticks to roast them on, and had made it very clear that he wouldn't share them if there was any fighting, so as a result Zoe and John were for the most part getting along for the first time all weekend.

"So who wants chocolate to make s'mores?" he asked.

After doing absolutely nothing at all for most of the day, John's made him way down to the lobby for the, hopeful, meeting of the John's. He took a seat on one of the benches and kept an eye out for John's that he knew and people who looked like they were named John or Johnny or even Jonathan.

There were no concessions or things like that. John didn't believe in that. Well, actually, he'd just forgotten to go out and get them.

Oh well. Hopefully the other John's wouldn't mind.

[And the meeting of the John's/Johnny's is on! Stop by if you're a John or you're not.]

Dawn was stretching out in the gym, trying not to be nervous as she waited for Professor Winchester to show up. She considered working out with the weights or running on the treadmill or practicing with the practice weapons, but she didn't know exactly what they were doing and didn't want to tire herself out.

Once she felt sufficiently limber, she reached up and started braiding her hair back, so it wouldn't get in the way while they were working, making sure to fasten it securely at the bottom. Her sturdy black shoes, jeans, and sweatshirt weren't the most stylish outfit she'd ever worn, but they were what she'd be wearing most often when she got attacked got kidnapped was working with Buffy or Mel, so they seemed most appropriate.

So now all she had to do was fidget and try really hard not to think about all the doubts Sam had had about this plan.

Blair was bouncing excitedly as he waited in front of the hunting class. Angel was in town and according to the radio, he had made it through the meeting with Mr. Winchester alive. Well, not alive but still breathing...or...whatever. There had been no killing and that was a good thing.

Such a good thing that Blair figured he should promote non-killing today as well and he waved his sign proudly.

Just Say No to Killing!
Please refrain from bringing sharp wooden objects to today's class

Blair is busy working on plans for Damn The Man club this afternoon so he decided to doing something a little different for the protest. He's wearing a sandwich board with the words 'All beings have rights!' across the front and back.

Blair didn't have a sign today. Instead he was handing out a flyer to anyone in the hallway.

3 Tips for Dealing with Conflict

Discover - Find out more about the situation. Go into this with all the facts.
Communicate - Talk things over. Maybe you and the other person/demon/monster can come to an agreement!
Avoid - Learn when to walk away. Not everything has to end up as a battle.

It was Wednesday so Blair was outside of the danger room holding a sign. After talking to John yesterday and finding out about what he was planning to do this weekend, Blair had gone back to his first sign. Only with a few edits so it now read, 'Winchester = Murder'.

[ooc: As always, posted with permission. Also, Blair is sad that there's not a protesting tag. Never mind! Yay! *hugsomg*]
[identity profile] lovechildblair.livejournal.com
Lurking outside hunting class is a rawhead, a monster covered in dark matted hair and holding a sign that says 'I can be your friend!'. The costume is convincing, but if you watch the rawhead long enough you might be able to see it bounce.

Blair grinned under the mask and gave another small bounce. The costume had come in yesterday and luckily it was big enough that he could wear it over his cast. He practiced his growls and grunting while he waited for the students to show up. "Grrrr. GRRRR! Grrr."

[ooc:posted with permission, open for interaction and there were no good screencaps of a rawhead so use your imagination! Daddy Winchester is made of awesome and not only found a screencap but made me a very scary icon. Yay!]

Blair was tired and sore and looking a little worse for wear. He sported a bandage on his forehead and several small cuts and bruises were visible on his face, neck and hands. His cast on the other hand was looking suspiciously shiny and white, as Aziraphale had kindly fixed that for him.

Also, he was without his backpack, but that might be hard to tell since he was sitting down on the floor just outside the danger shop door, the stop-sign shaped with the word "THINK" laying in front of him. It wasn't his best sign, but he felt really guilty about flashing a sign about not killing demons after last night.

"Negotiation not Annihilation!" Blair chanted as he paced in front of the classroom, carrying a sign saying the same. "Negotiation not Annihilation! Also, have some cookies!"

He had thought about carrying a smaller sign stating that the slogan was Professor Lyman's idea and the cookies were Aziraphale's, but then he figured that it probably wouldn't help inter-teacher relations at all.

[ooc: posted with permission to protest and totally open for interaction]
[identity profile] lovechildblair.livejournal.com
Holding a large stick with a piece of poster board attached wasn't the easiest thing to do with one hand. Which meant that Blair's big protest sign today spent a lot of time leaning on the walk next to him when his arm got too achy.

He felt bad though and intermittently would call out the sign's message loudly. "Give Peace a Chance!"

[ooc: Same drill as last time, posted with permission of teacher. Open for interaction and arguing and harassing.]
[identity profile] lovechildblair.livejournal.com
Blair was furious that there was a hunting class at the school. Like the students didn't have enough violent tendencies without having a class on how to kill things. There'd be no hope for a peaceful response the next time an invasion happened. Something had to be done.

Which is why Blair is standing in the hallway outside of the hunting classroom holding up a sign that says 'Hunting = Murder'.

[ooc: Open for interaction. Especially for students on their way into hunting. Oh, and I got permission from The Man [livejournal.com profile] demons_death to picket his class!]

Food had been provided and was set out on a table to the side. Near it was a list of the Big Siblings/Little Siblings pairings. Also? Helpfully? There were nametags for everyone.

There were also balloons and plenty of glitter on each of the tables that had been set out so that people could socialize.

Welcome, new people.

[ooc: Wait for my OCD, please. OCD is up! BB/BS stuff should have been emailed to you, so the list itself is handwavey. If your character didn't sign up for it and yet is on there through the magic of being OOCly mean to our kids? Call it a paperwork mixup and run with it. They seem to happen a lot here. :D

Also, all new kids, remember that you need to check in officially in here as well as doing the fun social stuff.]
