4th Floor Common Room: Sunday night

Lana dropped off her stuff in her - Jim's - room and made sure she was ready for work and class tomorrow. But then she just couldn't stay in the room alone so she headed for the fourth floor common room.

She made microwave popcorn and hot chocolate, enough to share if anyone were to drop in as well, then settled herself on the couch to watch TV.

Mac thought about that for a second. "But, then she'd probably be a bit miffed that I'd forgotten that she'd told me several times she was going to Vegas for the weekend," she theorised. "That would probably be bad."

"The truth is definitely so much easier," Lana said smiling. "I just know I'd get all my stories confused if I lied."

"Oh, so would I," Mac said pulling her blanket a little tighter. "I'm not really very good with stealth when I'm not on the internet. It's a flaw," she admitted.

"Stealth on the internet isn't that hard," Mac said shrugging underneath her blanket. Not that you could really tell. "It's just a case of floating IP addresses and having really innocuous screen names so no one remembers you."

Mac blushed a little, "I tend to forget not everyone understands it quite like I do. I'm always willing to help if you need it," she said taking another sip of coffee.
