Fifth floor common room, Monday afternoon

Okay, so it wasn't so much her own bed, but Nadia was resting. She just chose to do so on the couch in the common room while watching bad Christmas movies instead.

She'd pulled her blanket out of her room and was wrapped up in that as well as the wool poncho, a big cup of hot coffee clutched in her uninjured hand.

"There's a red nosed chinchilla?" Pippi mused. "Whey didn't we see him when we went hunting?"

Nadia laughed, though it ended in a hard cough and a soft groan. "We didn't find the rum chinchilla that night, remember?"

"Actually... No, I just remember sandwiches at Artie's for breakfast."

"Ah. Well. How did you know we didn't see a red nosed 'chilla then?"

"...Because... Um... We'da caught it if he had?"

"Why would we do that? It's supposed to roam free."

"So we should take pictures with it before letting it go." Pippi said.

"Duh."

"Ah. Silly me."

"Then again we didn't bring a camera did we?"

"I don't think we did."

"So we may have found it... But I don't remember finding any unknown fur on my dress after."

Nadia shrugged again. "There you go, then."
