Fourth Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening

Isabel decided that rather then go crazy and attempt to make multiple types of cookies, it was easier to just make a single kind in bulk. She's currently mixing what appears to be a metric ton of sugar cookie dough. There's an assortment of cookie cutters and a mulitude of icings and sprinkles to decorate the baked cookies with. Carols are playing and Isabel is making a very hard effort to be cheerful.

"Hi, Isabel," Sam said as she walked into the room after in no way wandering past Cedric's room, "What're you...oh. You're making cookies. I'll just go, ah, sit over here," she said, sitting on the other side of the room.

"Hi Sam," Isabel waved. "I'd ask you to help but I think my fellow students would probably shoot me."

"Isabel!" Molly called when she saw her. "Ooooo! Cookies!! Can I help?"

"Sure," she grinned. "There's some dough in that bowl over there that needs to be rolled out."

Jude limped into the common room with crutches, a wide dreamy smile, and a steadily growing collection of hickies. "Cookies? Awwwwwwesome."

"Get comfortable," Isabel said. "The first batch should be done soon."

Billy came into the common room and didn't quite manage not to wince at the carols.

After spending the past few days studying in her room Naomi decided to venture out into the common rooms, "hey," she said as she entered.

"Hi!" Isabel waved. "Ready for cookies?"

Jude waved happily, balancing on his good leg and his crutches while he decorated cookies. "Hey, bra, how's it hangin'?"

Aeryn reports for sprinkle duty as requested. She still thinks this has to be a harder job than it was made out to be.

"Aeryn! You made it!" Isabel pointed towards a seat near the counter. "Come on over. We're just about ready for you."

John wanders in soon after Aeryn. "I heard there were cookies."

"Hi! Yes! And you can help decorate them," she grinned. "How have you been?"

Bridge wanders in, sans crutches but still limping slightly.

He'd given up on trying to keep the helmet off, because the helmet hair was a bitch. Anyway, Conner wandered into the common room when he heard the Christmas carols. "It's very Christmasy in here. Just hang me with lights and holly, or something."

When the smell of baking cookies is in the air, you don't even need free food radar. Stark, of course, had to investigate where this cookie smell was coming from and see if there were any cookies in need of eating.
