Dorm Roof, Monday Afternoon

Billy decided to spend the first day of 2007 on the roof. No particular reason, but the weather was somewhat to his liking. He'd set up an umbrella and was sitting in a lounge chair with a book, stereo, and bottled water.

Chad curiousity, at that moment, got the better of his logic. "She didn't, uhhh, happen to say anything about what she thought about it, did she?" Sure, she'd said a lot about it to him the other day, but this was possibly drunken perspectives. He still knew nothing would ever happen from it, nor did he want it to, but hearing about it would at least be interesting.

Chad's head tilted slightly, and then it shook a little. "She's a strange girl," he concluded, all too obviously.

"Yeah," Chad said, kind of distractedly because he was doing that whole thinking thing again, which took up a lot of his focus. It shouldn't matter to him, either, because he had the two kinda-boyfriends thing going on, but the thought did strike him that Nadia wasn't exactly direct with a 'boyfriend' reason, only really a 'friends' reason, but, then again, Cally had cited drunkeness and, he had to admit, she did seem a little...off when they last talked.

"Nah, warm bed and book sound good," Chad nodded in approval of her plans, hearing the mun's siren call of work as well. He scritched a little behind Mizu's ears. "I should probably take this guy to go see if his owner's back yet, anyway."
