Second Floor Common Room - Thursday Morning (Before Classes)

The giant pillow/blanket/chair fort of awesome was still up from last night. Thankfully, someone had turned the TV off so Rescued by the Alarm wasn't on anymore. Kawalsky had fallen asleep during that really bad murder mystery weekend episode where Zeke was in on it the whole time.

Worst episode ever.

He emerged from the fort and eyed the common room kitchenette. This situation called for pancakes. He got to it, being a pancake ninja and all.

"Pancakes! Get your pancakes."

[OOC: Free pancakes! Feel free to come in or say that you stayed there the whole night in the fort. I'll be here until I fall asleep.]

"Are you new, too?" she asked, since this had become her standard question.

Molly shook her head. "Nope. Been here over a year now. I'm a veteran," she said with a grin.

Pam studied her. "You seem eerily normal for a vet."

Molly's grin widened. "I'm a mutant with super strength," she said. "Which is normal for me, but I don't think that's what you meant."

Pam stared. "Um. Yeah, not so much with the normality where I'm from. But that's...nice for you!"

Molly giggled. "You don't believe me, do you?" she asked, not offended at all.

"I believe you believe that," Pam said slowly.

"What would it take for you to believe me?" Molly asked with a grin.

Pam bit her lip. "...can you lift the couch?" she asked, pointing to one of the unoccupied sofas.

"Easy," Molly said and walked over to it. With very little effort, she picked up the couch and held it out at arm's length. "See?"

Pam blinked and scrubbed at her eyes before studying the coffee for a moment. "...that's amazing," she said, boggling at Molly.

Molly smiled and put the couch back in its place. "I picked up a small bus once," she told Pam, totally not bragging. Okay, maybe a little.

"I...can draw," Pam offered.

"Really? That's cool!" Molly told her. "I can't draw as far as I know."

"Yeah, I'm okay," Pam said, blushing. Truthfully, she was pretty good though we've never seen any canon drawings up close, sigh.

"It's too bad there isn't an Art class this year," Molly said.
