Where Cally had gotten a skimpy sailor girl outfit on such short notice, one might best not ask. But since everyone else was acting weird, she decided doing the same thing was only fair. And she could totally blame whatever happened.

Even though it hadn't actually effected her.

So there she was, blending up smoothies, and dancing to the music coming from the TV, which was playing a marathon of 'AKA' episodes.

Mac arched an eyebrow, and that grin got that little bit wider. "Even better."

"Now you gotta 'aste it, though," Cally said.

"What exactly d'you put in there in the end?" Mac asked, carefully stirring the smoothie with her straw.

"Strawberry, blueberry, 'antaloupe, raspberry, and a little kiwi," Cally said.

Mac seemed to decide that was good enough for her, and drank some before giving Cally an approving nod.

"It's good," she decided, sipping some more through her straw. "So, what have we learned from this?" she asked.

"Our experiments 'ork out good?" Cally said.

Mac nodded in satisfaction. "Exactly."

Cally smiled. "We'll have to do it more often," she said.

"I think I have no absolutely problem with that scenario," Mac responded, sipping at her smoothie again.

Cally scooted over a little closer to Mac and put an arm around her.

"We got a lot to 'ry, then."

Mac leaned comfortably against Cally. "I think we're totally up to the challenge."

"Yeah," Cally said. "As long as it doesn't require 'ewing."

"Why would it involve eweing?" she asked. While Mac is usually pretty good at the interpretation, even she gets puzzled sometimes.

Cally pouted a little. "Nevermind," she said. "'upid jaw."

Mac just hugged her apologetically. "I'll get better at that," she said.

"'opefully I'll speak clearer soon," Cally said.

"I understand most of the time," Mac pointed out. "So you can't be that bad now."

Cally leaned over and rested her head carefully on Mac's shoulder. "Or you're just that awesome," she said.

"Or, I spend a lot of time with you," Mac continued running the backs of her fingers along Cally's arm.

Cally smiled a bit. "I 'ink I'd go crazy if you weren't here for me."

"Because dressing up in a sailor girl outfit to go to a common room isn't at all crazy," Mac said teasingly.

"...I so wish I could stick my tongue out at you right now," Cally said.

"Well, now I have the mental image of you doing just that," Mac replied. "Does that count?"

"Have to do," Cally said, letting a hand drift to Mac's knee. "Longest six weeks ever. 'ough I guess it's only five to go, now."

"One down." Mac looked over at Cally. "And I think it's looking better than it was, at least," she said encouragingly.
