The Boiler Room: In the Wee hours of the morning.

The Madri had been very busy this weekend. After being brought here and finding the M'kraan crystal they have spent most of their time trying to figure out how it works.

And in just a few more minutes, they hope to open a portal that would allow them access back to their world and more importantly... access to Apocalypse.

One of the searching Zs had seen a Madri walking into the basement and gone running, and now the real deal was here, with a pack of replicates right behind her, not to mention anybody she'd picked up on the way. She threw open the door and said flatly, "This ends now."

"This'll make Teddy back to normal, right?" Cassie said, following close.

"Yes," Z told her. "It better."

Will looked around the basement. There were so many of them here. "So what do we need to do?" she asked.

"Distract as many of them as you can. If you can find the crystal, break it," Z told her.

"You do not belong here," The leader of the Madri said turning to face them. "Leave. Now."

Cassie grew to a height of about fifteen feet. "No way," she said.

"Hand over the crystal," one of the Zs said, "and we won't kick your butt," finished another.

"Fine. Have it your way," The leader said and with a nod the Madri moved forward to attack.

Will flexed her palm and focused on the enemy. She hoped that running and dodging might be enough to work here, but she was willing to unseal the Heart of Candracar crystal and start blasting people with energy if need be.

Cassie started getting dogpiled by Madri. She struggled under the mass of the, trying to fight them off. "Now I know how Gulliver felt!" she quipped.

The Zs had their hands full with Madri. All but one Z, that was, who hung back by the door and waited for her chance.

A disheveled looking figure scampers across the floor and tries to hide behind Z. "Save me! Please! They want to take me back!"

Jamie wildly points over toward the corner of the room where it appears that the Madri are hiding something hooked up to the school's generator."

Z looked horrified. "Jesus Christ, Madrox, when's the last time you showered?" She shook her head. "You know what? Never mind. Thanks." She went for it.

Will stepped over to try and guard the man from the rest of the enormous pack. They all looked and acted exactly the same; were they all clones or something?

"Z, I can can guard this guy. Go for it," she called.

Cassie grew even bigger, shaking off the Madri that had glomped on her. She started kicking and swatting away at any that got near her.

Throught the line of almost neverending Madri, a crystal can be seen behind them.

The Madri scatter as one of their own is thrown off Cassie allowing access to crystal.

Will took a defensive stance, trying to protect herself and the original Jamie at the same time from the swarms of Madri all around. She hoped that Z and Cassie would be able to take care of the mysterious crystal.

"I need to get to that crystal!" the original Z shouted. Then she punched a Madri in the face. 'Cause she could. "Sorry Jamie!"

Cassie kicked away another Madri. "Z!" she shouted. "I got an idea. Just trust me and get over here!"

It was something she'd heard Colossus did. Other than being hot, of course.

"This better be good!" Z snapped at her as two of her replicates kicked some Madri out of the way so she could make her way over to Cassie. "Oh, man, I'm gonna be so sore."

Seeing her protecting the original Jamie, a large group of the Madri started heading over to where Will was. She was doing okay with pushing them back and trying to use some of the very basic self-defense techniques she'd learned in gym class, but they were going to eventually overpower her with their sheer numbers.

"Don't take too long! I can't keep this up forever" she yelled to the other girls.

"This won't take long now," Cassie said, grunting as she grabbed Z around the waist and hurled her over the mass of Madri towards the crystal. "Fastball special! Teddy is gonna be so jealous, ha!"

"Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh!" THUD. Z pulled herself to her feet and dashed a few feet to the crystal, which she ripped loose and held high over her head. "No. More. BOYWHORES!" she declared before hurling the M'kraan crystal to the ground, where it shattered into tiny pieces.

The crystal shattered and that same bizarre energy wave that hit Fandom before did another trip around the island.

This time changing everything back to normal and instead of dozens of Madri and a Jamie in a diaper there was only one Jamie.

No diaper.

Looking like his head was about to explode with emo.

After spending so much time in the weather feed the snow and freezing rain, Waldo wanted to warm up before bed. Where better to do that than in a boiler? Yes, he was actually in the boiler thanks to his magical walking stick. He heard something of a scuffle outside, but it was late and the adventure of sleep was calling, so he returned to the garage.
