4rth Floor common room, Lunch time

Ami was unimpressed with the lunch options. So she was making sushi in the common room. This did not mean there was nothing but raw fish. Although, there was plenty of raw fish. There was also a lot of smoked eel, and plenty of vegetarian sushi to go around for the vegetarians or the unadventurous.

"Fairly well. I am enjoying them all greatly, though i still bemoan the lack of Math. What are you doing in the Spy Tech class?"

Setsuna smirked briefly, recalling up their varied thoughts regarding Math. "We had a unit on camera technology that wasn't so bad, but I do have trouble, sometimes, with technology on the whole. The classes themselves are not bad; it's all the homework we have that I have trouble with."

"Is it difficult or just a lot? I had considered taking that class, it sounded like it would be fun." Ami didn't consider it for long, because it sounded like it would be nothing but fun, but that did not need to be said.

"The work itself isn't difficult on a broad sense," Setsuna said. "It's just that I have difficulty with the specific topic. Writing a short essay isn't hard, but, when you know little about technological methods of spying, it is frustrating."

Ami nodded. "I can understand that. My Engineering class deals a lot with space ships. Which i knwo nothing about. but there are some good books at the library, and the internet is always my friend."

Setsuna chuckled a little. "I'm starting to wonder how in the world I survived here before I got my laptop," she admitted.

"I don't know. I think i do not remember a time before i had mine." She grinned, remembering the day she got the most recent computer. She had spent almost 40 straight hours fiddling with it.

"Mine was a recent gift; I've never really had a computer before then."

"A very nice gift indeed." Ami pulled her mini-computer out. "I love this one. It fits in my pocket." She showed it to Setsuna. It was roughly the size of a checkbook.

Setsuna leaned in for a closer look, a little fascinated by the tiny device. "What all can it do?" she asked.

"Anything really. It is just a very small laptop. Runs Windows." Ami booted the thing up. It had a seascape desktop image. "It is just so convenient."

It did look pretty convenient. Something that could definately be used for spy tech. Chuckling a little, Setsuna shook her head. "I'd probably never be able to figure it out. I'm just now starting to get used to my laptop."

"What kind do you have?" Ami was a bit of a computer nut.

"Um..." Setsuna? Was not. "I'm not really sure. Konoka-Ojou-sama got it custom made and everything, so...Um, if you're curious, you can always stop by and have a look at her. She's nice, suits my purposes, has this really pretty wing decal on the front."

The wings were Setsuna's favourite part.

Ami giggled. "You talk about your computer the way i talk about cars. I once was telling my father i saw a nice car on the street. He asked me what kind it was." Ami giggled more at the memory. "I think i said it was blue."

Setsuna smiled; Ami's giggle was kind of cute. Much better than the both of them flailing nervously at each other, despite that, thankfully, there had been no actual flailing. "You talk about cars the way I talk about cars, then."

"My father said it made me sound like a girl. Which honestly, i am alright with." She was meanwhile pulling up DC area Japanese restaurants. "I need to find a good Japanese Restaurant. I want to go and see what they do to the food here, if it is different."

"Cafe Fina here in town has pretty decent Japanese cuisine," Setsuna offered helpfully. "It's a little expensive there, though, but not bad if you've got a craving. Easier than going to the mainland, anyway."
