4rth Floor common room, Lunch time

Ami was unimpressed with the lunch options. So she was making sushi in the common room. This did not mean there was nothing but raw fish. Although, there was plenty of raw fish. There was also a lot of smoked eel, and plenty of vegetarian sushi to go around for the vegetarians or the unadventurous.

Naomi decided to hang out in the common room for a while, "hey," she said as she entered.

"Hey Naomi. How's your day?" Amy was carefully slicing a tube of maki into individual pieces.

"It's been pretty good so far," Naomi replied as she sat down, "how has yours been?"

"Alright. Had my one class for the day."
Ami sat down as well. "Am still trying to figure out if i am insane for signing up for so many clubs yesterday."

"Hey Naomi. Spot any of the school board yet?"

"Hey Billy," Naomi said, "I haven't seen any of them,"

"You're missing out. One of them appears to be a Duck from some old Superhero Noir flick."

"Oh!" Setsuna stopped a little as she entered the common room. "Sushi! This is a pleasant surprise!"

"I was feeling mildly nostalgic." Ami said with a smile.

"What, for good food?" Setsuna returned the smile. "I can't say I blame you." Her head bobbed toward the offerings. "Free offerings, right? I would hate to assume, but, if that were the case, I'd also have to say that you're very cruel, Ami."

"Go ahead. I made enough for many many people. And nostalgic for the lunches i used to take to school every day. So thus this." She gestured to the large quantity of various food. "Why am i cruel?"

John leaves the dark mopey sanctuary of his room for some island adventure fun.

Ooo! Sushi? //Hello!// he said to Ami.

//Thank you!// John did a head bow and started making a cucumber roll. "So how's things?"

"Things are good. Classes, clubs, and so forth. Yourself?"

Setsuna, in her raw fish induced good mood, had a thought to throw a piece of food at John in greeting, but thought better of it, because it would be a horrible waste of good sushi.

"Thursday," she said, instead. "Want to fit in that training session we keep talking about?"

"Hai." Sushi? Meet Bellaah. "When? Where? So do we show up wearing matching schoolgirl skirts?"

John would have caught thrown food because sushi is good.

Setsuna was having a quick battle between her mind and her stomach; she was not going to let John ruin her appetite when there was good sushi to be had. "What is it," she asked, with a look of distaste, "with you and skirts?"

"I smell sushi." Billy said as he came in.

"That is because there is sushi here" Ami said, giving him a friendly wave. "You get a hug once I am no longer handaling food."
