Molly went down to the gym early again and got everything set up for cheer practice.

She spent some time practicing her punches while she waited for the others to show up.

Rikku bounced around excitedly. This wasn't that different from her normal bouncing, but it at least had some structure to it, so we'll call that a warm-up.
