Fourth floor Common Room, late Sunday morning

The common room was still a bit of a mess from the Charades party last night, but Dean just looked at that as more potential cat toys for Hunter. Who was indeed stalking around the room and sniffing at everything, occasionally batting things with a paw.

The kitchen area was a little cleaner than the rest and Dean happily set about messing it up cooking breakfast. He'd seen some truly apalling things done to eggs lately and decided he'd rather trust his own cooking than anyone else's.

Besides it was something to take his mind off of Sammy and the conversation he was going to have with Dad today.

Someone else cooking a food stuff that didn't involve sugar and milk?

That was worth investigating. Coming up over the lip of the stairs, Neil arched an eyebrow.

"Huh. Trade you bacon for eggs?" He offered.

Dean grinned at him. "Was about to start cooking some," he said. "You're welcome to help."

"Pass me a skillet and I'm on bacon duty!" Neil grinned, reaching to roll up his sleeves as he approached the stove.

"I...missed something last night, didn't I?" Setsuna asked as she came in for some late morning tea and saw the common room looking alittle more...used than usual.

"Big game of charades," Dean explained.

"Huh," Setsuna's head tilted a moment longer before she moved toward the kitchen. "Looks like it was a success."

"You don't mind if I steal a little space to make some tea, do you?"

Marco came into the common room, yawning. "Yay food."

Setsuna gave a wave to her roommate with one hand while holding out the kettle of tea she'd just made with the other. "Tea?" she offered, to accompany said food.

"Soda?" Marco asked and opened up the refrigerator.

"That's the general concensus," Dean agreed. "Morning."

"The morning doen't get a yay. Cat yours?"

Ranma smelled the food and even stepped into the room with a pleasent look on his face. "Smell pretty go-" He freezes as he sees the cat and backs up slowly. //C-cat...!//

Hunter looked at him curiously, head cocked to one side.

Ranma tried desperately to recall how to speak cat in his frightened state, it came out choppy and not very coherent... //Don't! ... here!//

Setsuna's eyes moved from Ranma (he was in a public sphere, no way!) to Hunter, and then back again. She had to bite her lip to keep from smiling a little; of course, she knew his fear of cats was no laughing matter, but Hunter was so cute...

"What would you like, Ranma?" she offered. "I'll make you a plate and bring it over."

Tori was wondering how the common room looked after last night's festivities. She wasn't sure if anyone had cleaned up, so she decided to investigate.

Entering the common room she spotted Dean a cat rummaging through the debris left over from Charades. Tori grinned at its curious nature. It was too cute.

"Morning," Dean greeted her.

Setsuna gave the girl a small wave in greeting, unsure if she'd met her or not yet.

Ami wandered into the common room. "Food." Very verbose today.

"And tea," Setsuna smiled a little as she held up a mug of her contribution to the breakfast. "Would you like some, Ami-sa...?"

Setsuna cut herself off before she completed the honourific. THey were going to try hard to avoid all that formal stuff, Setsuna, remember?

Tori smiled and waved, realizing she hadn't met the girl before. "Hi."

John was drawn to the common room by the smells of food. "Smells good. What's cookin'?"
