Fifth floor common room, Tuesday afternoon

Nadia didn't have any classes on Tuesdays, so she was in the common room, sitting up with her laptop, the speakers turned up rather loud in an attempt to make sure she didn't unexpectedly fall asleep, as she tooled around the internet, looking for inspiration for something to do for Walter for Valentine's Day.

She paused every now and then to reflect that Valentine's Day had been a whole lot easier when she was single and didn't have to worry about weird traditions that she wasn't entirely familiar with.

"So it was your fault then." Billy countered. "You dropped the spirit stick."

"No, it wasn't. Marie handed it to me without explaining what a spirit stick was."

"Eh, I'll buy that." Billy conceded. "Did you get to bite anyone?"

Nadia sighed. "And how. That was a lot of apologizing."

"I can imagine." Bill said. "Did you get the hallucinagenic venom?"

"Bel thought he was Blair."

Billy burst into snickers.

"That about sums it up, yeah."

"Where do they come from?"

"Where do what come from?"

Billy shrugged. "Well, I know not to surprise them again."
