5th Floor Common Room [Evening]

After stowing Jeremiah's tank and Xander's knapsack in 227, Bridge and Xander head off in search of spaghetti. Why didn't they just use the Synthetron? Well, spaghetti's like toast. It's more fun to make it yourself.

As luck would have it, the only Common Room kitchen currently stocked with any spaghetti noodles is the one on the fifth floor. So here they are. Making dinner.

Language barriers were slightly less of a problem when you were a god. "I'm good! How are you!"

Miho brightened up immediately. "//You can understand me? No one can understand me 'cept that other ninja kid and Parker and Parker's a meanie even though she bought me pie.//"

"Yes!" Ares nodded. "I'm a god, I can understand everybody!"

Miho's eyes widened. "//That's so cool!//"

"Uh-huh! And when I'm big I'm gonna have lots and lots of worshippers and that'll be even cooler!"

Miho made a face. "//But you're a boy.//"

"So?" Ares said. "I'm a god, I'm supposed to have worshippers."

"//Boys shouldn't be worshipped. That's silly.//"

Ares glared and stomped his foot. "CAN TOO! CAN TOO! CAN TOO!"

Miho crossed her arms and glared. She had a good glare. She just pretended she was Gail. "//CAN NOT CAN NOT CAN NOT CAN NOT!//"

Which would be when Ares went to shove Miho.

Miho stumbled back, recovered, and shoved Ares right back.

"Hey!" Ares scowled and shoved Miho some more.

Miho tried to pull Ares' hair.

It didn't hurt but she was MESSING WITH HIS HAIR! Ares went to kick her in the shins.

Getting kicked in the shins did hurt! Miho pulled out her toy sword and tried to whack Ares with it.

Ares grinned and pulled out his own wooden toy sword to hit Miho back.

Oh, now it was on! Miho waved her toy sword at Ares.
