Third floor common room, Sunday evening

Janet has made her way allllll the way to the dorms, and alllll the way up the stairs after talking to Pam. It's very tiring on her wee little legs, and she crawls up onto the couch with her eight pounds of clothes and towel cape, and decides she's bored.

She spots the remote and her eyes light up, and she reaches to grab it. The problem is, she doesn't know how to work the remote, so she's yelling "WORK!" at it and pouting when that doesn't turn the TV on.

She might need help. Or advice that TV ruins the brain.

[Open, especially for the kiddies, or those who want to entertain said kiddies. La.]

"'Cause he wantsta. When my mommy and daddy lived together they had lotsa fights but they said they were just having important talks but they used their outside voices so I don't b'lieve them at ALL," Hannelore said.

"Grown-ups always lie to kids," Elliot said, lowering her voice. "Only they don't call it lies, they call it being polite. It's stupid."

"Uh huh!" Hannelore agreed. "And being p'lite is nice but the truth will set you freeeeeeeeeeeeeee."

Hannelore heard that somewhere.

"Uh-huh!" Elliot agreed. "Lying's bad. Like germs and being mean!"
