Fourth floor Common room, Tuesday night, and all through the night into Wednesday morning
Ami continued sitting under a blanket in the common room. She found a marathon of shows on Ancient Vikings, which she was only vaguely watching. Mostly she was trying to make sure there was noise, light and lack of sleep. She was afraid to be alone, afraid to be in the dark and afraid to close her eyes.

handwavilywalking back to the dorms with Conner, Tori had decided that she didn't want to be alone, but hadn't wanted to burden Conner anymore, though she knew he'd argue she wasn't a burden.Armed with a pillow and blanket, Tori made her way up one floor to the common room, happy to see that the television was on and the room was occupied.

As Tori's banged up state registered and Ami looked horrified. "You too?" she indicated the bandages.

"I want to know who did this, but at the same time I'm afraid." Tori admitted, barely speaking above a whisper.

She felt so helpless, it wasn't a normal feeling either. She had saved people, why couldn't she figure this out?
"Billy... holes in his head?" Tori couldn't stand it. Her friends were being hurt and she couldn't do anything, nevermind that she had also been attacked. "I don't know Ami. But they're really sick to have done this." She remembered what Annette had said and thought to tell Ami. "Annette visited me at the clinic earlier and said, she had seen what had happened... she said I disappeared in a bright light... I don't remember."

"So... someone, or someones, through a technology we do not know took a number of students somewhere to do something to them." Ami tried to be logical. "there are too many unknowns."

"They'll be figured out, eventually." Tori tried to smile, but failed. Something was nagging at the back of her mind. And she couldn't figure out what that was, it was very bothersome.

until Annette suggests the clinic later. Not sure what else might help with memory."Ami thought for a moment. "Different people had this happen on different days, right?"

She nodded. "Yes, I'm almost positive that's right."
