The Roof; Wednesday Night.

It really was a nice day. Somewhat cloudy, but not too bad, with the nice warming spike in the weather. The perfect sort of night for flying, maybe a little bit of forgetting to go along with it. So that's what Setsuna did, thinking that she'd like to do this more often now that spring was here.

Nadia shook her head. "Not yet. It's still too cold in the water. At least until May, if not later." She spoke from experience, but had a slightly indifferent tone. A bad experience far enough removed that she had a shiny new callous to poke at. "You surf, yeah?"

That dampened Tori's spirits ever so slightly, but she could deal with cold water, as long as it was warm outside. "It's a big hobby of mine back home. The boys have motocross and skateboarding, I've got surfing and dancing. But the majority of time is spent out on the waves."

"That sounds like a lot of fun. I haven't really done it much, but maybe if you stick around this summer, we could try it."

"It is." Tori nodded, grinning. "Oh, I'm definitely not skipping out right after graduation. I plan to stick around, at least for the summer." She loved Fandom and spending half a year here was too little time for her.
