Computer lab, 1rst floor, Sunday morning

After hearing all those mentions of email on the radio, Buffy fed Berthold and went down to the computer lab to check them out for herself. She read Sam's, Zero's and Kawalsky's. The latter obviously required a response, so she typed it quickly and sent it off, before leaning back in her chair. She wasn't quite sure who Zero was, but she sympathized on the dishwater blonde thing.

But Alec and Sam... She wondered idly if Dawn still had that frying pan lying around.

He nodded to Buffy. "Hey."

Buffy smiled back. "Hey, Seely. You're up early on a weekend too?"

"Something like that," Seely grinned. "Got some things to work on."

"Oh yeah? Homework?" She made a face. She pointed at her screen. "I'm just reading emails."

"No, I got my homework done," Seely replied. "I'm just sending some email of my own."

"It doesn't have anything to do with Alec, does it?" she asked warily, leaning over to try and see what he was typing.

Seely attempted to cover the screen with his hand. "...maybe?"

Buffy facepalmed. "Okay, how bad is it?" At least he was close by, so she could smack him right there without having to hunt him down.

"I wouldn't call it bad exactly." Seely took his hands off the screen so Buffy could see.

Buffy read the email. Her eyes widened, her jaw dropped and when she was done, she aimed a punch at Seely's shoulder. "YOU SLEPT WITH ALEC?!"

Seely yelped and rubbed his shoulder. "Yes?"

"WITH ALEC?" Buffy yelled again, because she felt very strongly that this needed to be yelled. "And you didn't tell me before we went on dates?"

"It's not like it was that many times," Seely said. "And I didn't know you'd want to know."

"It was more than ONCE?" Buffy flailed at him. "You didn't think I'd want to know that a guy I'm dating is having sex with one of my friends?"

Maybe boys really were from Mars.

"He has a lot of stamina," Seely said. "So it was more like a lot of times once."

Buffy flailed more. "Oh my god, I didn't need to know that!"

"I didn't need details!"

"That wasn't details," Seely protested. "Details would have been who did what and where!"

Buffy's eyes widened and she reached out to punch him again. "Don't tell me!"

Seely flinched, because she hit hard. "But you just got mad at me because I didn't!"

She hesitated. He was kind of right about that. "Well, just because I want to know certain things about guys I date, like whether they've slept with any of my male friends, doesn't mean you have to go into detail about how!"

As far as Buffy was concerned there was a huuuuge gap between boykissy and Alec/Seely sex.

"Well, if it makes you feel any better Alec is pretty much the extent of my sleeping with guys." Since mentioning the threesome with Dean might get him killed at this point.

"It does a little," Buffy decided after a moment's thought.

"And I haven't slept with any girls." Who were normally girls, at least. "Not that I don't like them."

"And that helps more." Buffy nodded. "We're so not going on any more dates though."

Seely gave Buffy a puppy dog look.

Buffy folded her arms. "That's not going to work. I've made up my mind."

More puppy eyes. "You're sure I can't change it?"

"Yes," said Buffy firmly, even if those were some very cute and adorable puppy eyes and.. No! She should be strong!

Puppy eyes to full strength. "Nothing?"
