Fifth floor common room, Sunday evening

Walter sprawled on the couch with a large plate of nachos and a bottle of fizzy lemonade while he watched a documentary about penguins that left him very nostalgic for CJ Cregg.

Given he was a touch sore from his spar with Tyler the day before, he wasn't moving around quite as much as usual, settling for couch potato'ing for a change.

"He didn't. It's the spell we used to bring him back. It's got all of us . . . connected to him. We can feel what he feels and the other way around. So I figure he must have been thinking about doing . . . things . . . with Anders and not with Phoebe and I got hit with that, like, right out of the blue and didn't even realize it until I'd already. . . ."

Pippi wasn't so sure she was on board the "meditation isn't magic" boat. But didn't think now was exactly the time to muse the pros and cons of the theory.
