Fifth floor common room, Thursday afternoon
It was a bit too chilly for Nadia to want to be emo on the roof, so she was doing it in the common room, instead.
She was pretty sure she didn't want to know why there was unpopped popcorn and shredded paper on the floor.
Emoing could be hungry work, though, so Nadia made some freshpopcorn and set about trying to figure out how one made popcorn balls.
[ooc: open. This was totally always in the right comm, I swear. . . .]

"Yes. . . . Yes it does. Digital film."
Nadia wondered if she could get Annette looking for gravity clamps or on a snipe hunt, too.

It also meant that Annette didn't know a whole heck of a lot about cameras.
Nadia pushed the marshmallows and popcorn aside and held out her hand. "Sure, let me see the thing?"

modded the thing like madexamined the pen.Yeah, it was a microfilm, analog camera. Almost quaint, to Nadia's contempory training. It wouldn't be easy to get the right film; it might be expensive.
"Yeah, I might be able to get some film for this, but it's going to cost a lot, Annette."

"So. The subject of my...well, you know. He's very evasive." She nodded knowingly.

"You haven't found anything on him, then?"
no subject
Annette might have already accidently tried to shoot something with that gun. On accident.

"Sometimes people are just like that, though. Maybe he's just . . . really private."
no subject
It was okay though, with the gun, cause her aim was wayyy off.

"Did you manage to talk to anyone else who knows him?"
no subject
"I tried. I talked to one other, hoping he might be able to tell me specifics on what my subject might have an interest in as far as reading materials go." Yes, this was Annette trying to be very evasive. You never knew who was listening.
