Sphere of Flame, with Gary Cooper and Barbara Stanwyck, was playing in the common room. Parker had appropriated all the pillows, a big bowl of popcorn, and about a liter of Diet Coke to help her in watching it.

After detention, Zero went to her room, changed out of her clothes, which her dye had sadly bled all over (her bad), and went to find something to do.

Oh, look. Parker and a movie. Something (aka mooching popcorn) to do found. "Hey!"

Parker looked away from Gary Cooper trying to chat up Barbara, and grinned. "Hey. How went Detention?" She threw a kernel in the air and caught it in her mouth.

"I got rained on an' there was some crazy lady what wanted me to get milk from the cow store."

Parker snickered as Stanwyck vamped Cooper into letting her stay at his place. Mostly by showing off her legs. "Milk from a cow store?" She paused. "Were there giants involved? Or magic beans?"

Wyatt wandered into the common room after talking with Phoebe upstairs. He waved a hello and headed to the kitchen area in search of food. Food that wasn't mealworms.

"Hey, Wyatt," Parker said in an abstracted voice. She cocked her head and asked, "How are you doing?" a little more cautiously, wondering if he'd run into Phoebe that week.

"I'm glad to be human again," Wyatt said absently, finding the fixings to make a sandwich. He toyed with the idea of cooking a burger or something, but he hadn't inherited his mother's culinary skills, and so it could end in tears. Or fire.

"No, at least not yet," Zero told her.

"Ohhhh, boy. What were you other than human, and for how long?" Parker peeked over the back of the couch, watching him make the sandwich. "And can I ask how it happened?"

"Reminds me, busted for nudity?" Parker grinned at her. "And mutiny? Did you get photos?"

"Sugar glider," Wyatt said. "Like a flying squirrel, I guess. Anders was taking care of me." He left out the part about, you know, waking up naked and snuggling in his bed. Finishing the sandwich, he took a seat in one of the common room chairs. "Not-Phoebe turned me into it when I realized there was something wrong."

"Hey, Wyatt," Zero said. "What's the swoo?"

"No, it was kinda spur of the moment, I didn't think to grab my camera," Zero told her. Then she held up one finger in a 'wait' gesture. "Let's get one thing straight here. I was not nekkid. I was topless, but I had on a bra so it doesn't even count." She paused for effect. "Alec and Seely were nekkid."

"Enjoying life on two legs again," Wyatt said as he settled in a chair with his sandwich.

"I thkn I saw you in his room. Jeezzz. Sorry I had no idea." She cocked an eyebrow at him. "No side effects now, though? I hope?"

Zero nodded understanding. "What were you?" she asked calmly. "I go kitten."

Parker grinned, and said, "Well, still cool and--" She stopped, imagining. Possibly glazing over. "--I've seen Seely pantsless. It's pretty...."

"Nobody knew," Wyatt said with a shrug. "But I feel fine now. Except for the odd craving for mealworms. I'm more worried about Anders. He was acting kinda weird when I changed back."

Parker winced, rubbing the bridge of her nose. "Yeahhh. He didn't have the best time of it this week." She sighed, studying Wyatt and wearily wondering if he would be trying to kill Anders too. Again. God. "A lot of people had rotten weeks, though."

"I love my boyfriend," Zero said primly. Then she grinned wickedly and leaned over to tell Parker in low tones, "You know how Alec was genetically designed for physical perfection?"

Wyatt nibbled on his sandwich, sinking back in his chair. "Yeah, I just talked to Phoebe. She's totally blaming herself, but I tried to get through to her that it wasn't her fault."

"Yessss?" Parker asked, almost afraid to know. She'd seen Alec's chest often enough-- last night, for instance-- but...
