Totally Not Prom! Campgrounds, Saturday Afternoon to Night

Buffy got to the campgrounds early, hauling two huge bags with her. She put them down by the stones of the central camp fire. She looked at it. Firewood. She needed lots of it. She headed off to gather fallen branches and similar.

Slowly everything got set up. There were camping tables with plates, cups and sticks for grilling things with. There were tables with hot dogs, peeps and other grillable things, and a separate table for drinks (so far non-alcoholic).

She set her cd-player on a flat rock, and while it looked tiny and insignificant outdoors, it would at least have music. Hopefully the random showers would stop by night fall, she thought and covered everything with plastic.

Then she walked back to the school and grabbed every umbrella and blanket she could get her hands on, and walked back, dumping everything by one of the tables. With her hands on her hips she regarded everything in satisfaction. Yes. Totally Not Prom was on!

ooc: wait for ocd is up! Come party!
eta: it was always in dorms. yup. *shifty*

"FFWEET!!" Sokka chimed in, through a mouthful of Peep.

Evie blinked, and then said, "Two for me, please!"

"Yay!" Evie made them cheep cheep cheep, then stabbed them with a toasting fork and stuck them in the fire.

Sokka chuckled at Evie. "Cheep, cheep!" he said.

Shunning the toasting fork, he ran off into the woods for a nice, long, straight stick. When he came back, he speared seven Peeps on it and began roasting them like a pro. Hey, he'd never roasted marshmallows before, but meat, berries, nuts... He was a certified Grade A campfire-roaster.
