platypus cabin, saturday morning
Being lost at your new school: sucks.
Eventually finding your way to the campsite again: doesn't suck quite as much.
Finally finding your bed (B3, comfier than sleeping in the woods all night): priceless.
Although really, someone should probably wake the boy up. It's well past breakfast time and he's actually yet to meet anybody.
Damn antisocial emo blonde boy.
[OOC: Because I fail at staying awake to actually post him coming back to camp last night, the return to his cabin is all handwaved. Blah. Stupid GMT hours :D
Anyway! As it says, feel free to poke the boy and wake him up.]

She noticed that he was still asleep. It was a he right?
"Hey," she said quietly, just really wanting to make sure he was okay. Not dead or anything.
Then louder, "Hey!"
no subject
He yawns as he rolls over, looking up at her.
"Whaaaaaat?"
Just because he speaks, however, does not mean that he's awake!
no subject
He was going to get up. She was going to meet this new person. Oh yes.
no subject
"I missed breakfast?" he says in his very sleepy voice. It's possible he's half faking it.
He's not faking the yawn, though. And at least when he sits up in bed he's already dressed from the previous night. He had the courtesy to slip his shoes off when he came into the cabin, though, but he's rubbing at his eyes, yawning some more, ruffling his hair up.
"Didn't think I'd sleep that long."
no subject
"You could be." Not that Annette was cooking anything, geeze. She was not a cook.
She looked him over, took in his rumbled sleepy state. "When did you get in cause I never saw you last night. I, uh, fell asleep pretty fast I think."
no subject
"Late. After midnight, I think. I got kinda lost on the way down."
He stretches, ruffling his hair some more to try and get it into some semblance of style, and slips off his bed.
"I'm Roxas, by the way. Just new here."
no subject
"Not new." She stares at his hair and arches a brow. "Nice to meet you Roxas." And she thrusts her hand at him.
no subject
He lets her hand go, his hand going to the back of his neck, and sort of... looks at her.
"So, uh. Thanks for waking me. I could've probably slept through until Sunday."
He feels like he still could. As is, he sort of just starts walking towards the door.
"You been fed yet? Do they feed you in this place or do we need to go hunting or something?" he asks with a grin back at her.
no subject
She follows him, "Um. I don't think we go hunting." Taking him literally, despite his grin. "I have poptarts?"
no subject
"I think I can live with poptarts. I think."
Which means, in boyspeak, 'Good God I'm starving where is the food AAARGH."
no subject
no subject
Flatly, he says, "Ow."
His eye twitches.
"Ow."
But he's okay. Big brave boy.
"And you said we wouldn't have to go hunting," he jokes.

He hears a voice that sounds as bleary as his own would if he'd deign to talk, so instead he answers with an, 'Nnn-hhn."
The blonde hair peeking out from under the covers.... spins around. Roxas has turned over! (Success. Kind of.)

"Wake up!" he chirped. "The sun's been up for hours and there's people to meet! Maybe you'll find an unknown relative, too!"
no subject
"I'm up, I'm up."
An eye appears.
"I know all my relatives. Thank you."

no subject
"I'm up, I'm up."
In fact, pretty much everything about him is up. His hair, his collar. He looks like he just woke up. Uh. Which he totally did.
"Neice from the future, huh," he says and runs a hand through his hair. It doesn't help.

Water is also wet if we're naming things that are obvious.

"Young parents, or is something weirder here than the fact that the school's in ruins?"

The girl who thought she knew him.
"Or people who know me in the future. Right?"
no subject
no subject
"I met a girl who I think knew me. But I didn't know her. It was strange."
