[Pixie Cabin, Campfire, Saturday, Evening]

After an extremely busy past week or so, D was ready for a little relaxing before the summer workshops began.

As such, she had lit the campfire outside of the juggernaut known as Pixie, turned on the radio, set out the fixings for s'mores, and had poured herself a drink.

It was a beautiful night for roasting marshmallows.

Aeryn just doesn't feel like being inside, so she heads outside to the campfire. "Private party?" she asks.

"Nope." D held out a marshmallow on a stick to Aeryn. "Anyone can join."

"The time of year for these things again, huh?" Aeryn says, studying the marshmallow as she took a seat.

"Yeah, it seems so," D nodded. "I'd suggest trying them again in winter, but I'd rather roast them now."

"Would you roast them over the stove?" Aeryn wonders.

Yeah, it's been a while since she's had a conversation like this.

Tori had enjoyed the picnic, getting the chance to meet new students and all that. But she felt that it was time to relax.

Happening towards the cabin, she noted the campfire and grinned. "Hey D!" Tori waved as she took a seat around the campfire. "How's it going?"

"Hiya, Tori!" D smiled. "It's going, both too fast and not fast enough. You?"

"Yeah, I know the feeling." Tori grinned. "It's been a great day, getting to meet the new students."

"Oooooh?" D said, handing her a stick with a marshmallow on it. "You're a brave woman."

"Thanks D." Tori grinned and took the marshmallow. "I try to be." She winked.

Aeryn gave Tori a little nod of hello, not sure she'd actually managed to meet her yet.

Tori waved back, having a feeling she hadn't met her either. "Hey. I don't think we've met yet. I'm Tori." She smiled.

"Aeryn," she says. "And that only took us an entire semester."

"Better late than never?" Tori chuckled. "It's nice to meet you Aeryn."

There appeared to be chocolate at the campfire and that was always a good thing, so Stark decided now would be a good time to go sit by said campfire.

"Are you sharing?" he asked hopefully.

"Yes, of course!" D smiled and held out a marshmallow on a stick to the newcomer. "Have a seat and make a s'more."

Stark smiled back and took the marshmallow happily.

"Thank you."

"Welcome." D said as she found herself another marshmallow. "How's things?"

"Things are good," Stark said with a little nod. "And with you?"

Aeryn gives him a little nod hello, still looking a little confused by the marshmallow.

"Hello Aeryn." Stark waved his marshmallow on a stick, which thankfully was not on fire yet.

"Do you actually know what to do with these things?" she asks, more curious than wanting instruction.

"Oh, definitely." Tori grinned and waved at Stark. "How's it going?"

Tori got a grin in return, as she usually did, then a shrug. "Things are mostly good, I think. With you?"

"The same." Tori smiled brightly. "Met a bunch of new students today."
