Camp gym, Cheerleading practice, afternoon after workshops

Having handwavily called the cheerleaders she knew was here for the first term, and hoping that whatever voicemail they had ran on batteries, Buffy wandered over to the gym carrying a bag filled with sodas. She wasn't really planning for it to be a practice so much as a discussion about the tryouts.

But of course, she was always in favour of a workout!

"Okay, there's, like, 14 of us now - 15 with Nadia - and 20 is, like, the max, so in theory we could accept six new people after the try outs this time, so you got to keep your eyes with you!" Buffy paused. "Although there might be new students coming for second term and fall, so maybe we shouldn't fill all the spots? What do you guys think?"

After discussing the tryouts Buffy spotted Karal in the audience. She beamed in his direction and then did a back flip, followed by a cartwheel and a split.

After stretching out, Annette did a few backflips, then a jump in the air split.

Cheerleading was made of awesomeness.

Chad...did stretching. He...considered possibly a flip or something, but realized it would result in either just an unimpressive tumble or a broken neck, so he just stretched some more. He was in a good mood, thinking of cute cuddly kittens. As you do, being so stoic and manly as he was and all.

Savannah came into the gym and took a seat out of the way. It didn't hurt to get an idea of what kind of cheers or ability they were looking for.

Karal had promised Buffy that he would attend the cheerleading practice, and he rarely every broke his word. Though, as it progressed, he began to wonder if this might be one of the times it might be acceptable.

"Glory," he breathed, blush fading as his wonder at the skill with which they were moving overcame his embarrassment at the little they were wearing.

Mostly. His ears were still very pink.

Adam had told Annette he'd check out the practice, so that's why he was in the gym now.

Seeing cheerleaders was nothing new to Adam, since there were a couple squads back at Angel Grove High. But their skill paled in comparison to Buffy and this squad. Some of those moves? Just wow.

Yes, Adam might be staring in awe. Maybe. And slightly blushing at the outfits, maybe.
