She hoped the Kraken bathroom had recovered from any possible dye-related mishaps.

Rikku sat in front of the campfire, bouncing to herself. Ready to chat the ear off anybody and everybody who dropped by.

Valentine glances up and waves back-- yes, he's busy. He's totally willing to latch onto any distraction possible with manic desperation, though. "Well, hello there."

"Hi," she says. "Any new projects lately?"

"Projects...?" Valentine looked at her, confused for a moment before his brain managed to switch gears and flip back into conversation mode. "Oh! The movies? I've been seriously considering making a third, but things have been... complicated, lately. Once I'm settled into Kraken and I've actually let my new cabinmates know that I'm staying here, then I'll probably start on another, yes."

"We'll be sorry to lose you in Cthulhu," she says, frowning but not wanting to pry. "How did the last one look?"

"It looked handwavily rather like a masterpiece," Valentine said, thankful indeed that there was no prying involved. "I think perhaps the third movie is going to be filmed outdoors. The indoor common areas here aren't really big enough to accommodate large, rampaging monsters destroying pillowfort cities."

"And maybe you can move on from pillow forts into a whole other environment."

And it's at that moment Hermione realizes she's been in Fandom too long.

"Any particular other environment you had in mind? I'm entirely open to suggestions," Valentine stated thoughtfully. "I would like the three-quel to outdo both of its predecessors."
