Fourth Floor Common Room, Sunday Evening
Adam was feeling a bit tired when he made his way into the common room. He made himself a bowl of popcorn and turned on the television, looking for nothing in particular.
Which was why he was now staring at the television in what looked to be a mix of horror and genuine surprise. Adam really didn't know what to make of what he was seeing. "Abaranger?"
Yep, the boy was stunned and now wide awake.
[OOC: So very very open!]

"Oh, hi Setsuna," He smiled sheepishly. "Not at all. Would you like some popcorn?" Adam offered the bowl to her, glancing back at the television. His mind still couldn't wrap around the idea that there was a show about Power Rangers in existence.

"Never seen Abaranger before?"

"Um, no." He shook his head, blushing ever so slightly. "It's kind of new to me. I didn't have this kind of programming in my time."

"Abareta kazu dake tsuyoku nareru! Abareta kazu dake yasashisa wo shiru! Abare Abare Abare Makure Get up!"
And then he realized there were people in there and coughed.
And then he realized who exactly was in there.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh crap.
"It's totally fake," he blurted out. "All of it. They made the whole thing up."

"Um, yeah. I figured it had to be fake." Adam totally didn't but he was going to pretend he had.

It was kind of killing him to put down his own team like this, but he lived in fear of the sock Z kept threatening to stuff in his mouth.

Stupid catchy theme (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3WjCuEaLZY).
Pause. Blink.
"Uh. Hi?"

And, because she did sometimes have a sense of humour, "Don't feel you need to answer in song."

He hopped down off the end table and cleared his throat. "Can't believe I'm leaving here in a couple of weeks," he said sadly.

Or look up the lyrics online, like he did, but Conner McKnight did not ever admit to that level of geekitude.
