Dick didn't read so he was not one of the kajillions enthralled in Barry Plodder right now. He was, however, watching Ratguy Returns on the TV. Michael Keaton was totally the best Ratguy ever.

"And I take you've at least heard about the dinosaurs," Turtle said, because she knew it had to come up eventually, as a, like, rule or something. "Or was it that rockin' of a party?"

"I missed dinosaurs?" By that reaction, that would be a no. "I slept most of the time, didn't hear the radio broadcasts," he admitted, bummed that he'd missed out on the dinosaurs. "Did anyone get hurt?"

And if Adam hadn't heard about the dinosaurs, then Adam hadn't heard about the Jeff, and wouldn't bother her about it. Eeeeeexcellent. "Yeah, everyone's fine," she assured him, rather idly, because she'd know known what she needed to know. "Rocks fell, all the dinos died. You know how it is."

Adam certainly hadn't heard about Jeff, nope. So he would definitely not be bother her about it.

He nodded, smiling slightly. "Well, I'm glad to hear that. Yeah, I'm just sad I missed out."
