The Roof, Thursday Evening

It was a nice night and Tori didn't feel like staying in her room. So, she was on the roof. Enjoying the weather.

And possibly plotting what to do about a certain temporary principal, especially after today's morning announcement.

"Me? Not that I know of, no," Tori shook her head, answering honestly. "My last name's Hanson. But I have a friend who is from one."

Tori laughed. "Yeah, who knows?" She was the only ninja in her family, as of right now so she highly doubted that.

"Yes, no joke. Both his parents were trained at the Wind Ninja Academy years ago. His father is the head sensei there now. Sensei Watanabe taught my friends and I. And now his son, Cam, myself and our three friends are sensei there."

"How'd you know?" Tori feigned shock and surprise. "It's actually located in the forest up in the hills. In order to get to it, you have to pass through a portal."

A.J. shrugged. "I told you. Ancient ninja family. But portals are cool. I wonder if that's how it all works out that I'm actually from the past and everything...But I try not to think about that. It's too weird."
