In the early part of the evening, Abigail headed down to the common room, and set up for the party. There were snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, along with a few opaque bottles of alcohol that were all labeled at the bottom with what was inside. If she was going to get into trouble for her efforts, at least she'd get into a lot of trouble at the same time.

Next to the snacks were a bowl of breath mints, and a sign labeled "RULES":

1. You don't have to kiss anyone you don't want to.
2. You don't have to kiss anyone period. Passive voyeurs are welcome. Dirty voyeurs will get kicked out.
3. If you take pictures, you must promise to send a copy to Abigail Whistler, or your camera will be taken away.
4. All kissing must be done with someone of the same sex. There's liquor here for a reason!
5. If you move past the kissing stage, take it to a room unless you're comfortable with everyone watching.

Yeah, she definitely wasn't going to be telling her dad about this the next time she called home.

"You're not allowed," she protested. "Besides, I've got to go kiss girls and you're not one."

"I can put on a dress if that'll help," Seely murmured.

"No, that does not because you are not a girl," she assured him. "I know. I am quite aware. I have checked and everything."

Seely grinned and nuzzled her neck. "You want to check again?"

"Later," Aravis promised. "And you have to stop that or Abigail will come over and beat you. She beat me up in class one time but not as bad as Buffy did and also she is much bigger than me. I have to go kiss girls."

"You can protect me from Abigail," Seely said nipping behind her ear.

"I am little and just said that," Aravis replied, squirming away with a grin. "If you a very good boy, I promise to make use of my vacant-of-roommate room with you later."

Seely grinned. "You do, huh?"

Aravis nodded in a manner that was not at all tipsy. Really. "I do. If you don't mind that I'll be kissing other girls for a brief while."

"Not so long as you remember who you're going home with," Seely replied, grinning.

"I shall try my very best not to forget you in my girl-kissing quest," she promised. "Now, maybe I shall refill my cup, because I might need more alcohol."

"I'll be here," Seely promised. "Watching."
