In the early part of the evening, Abigail headed down to the common room, and set up for the party. There were snacks and non-alcoholic drinks, along with a few opaque bottles of alcohol that were all labeled at the bottom with what was inside. If she was going to get into trouble for her efforts, at least she'd get into a lot of trouble at the same time.

Next to the snacks were a bowl of breath mints, and a sign labeled "RULES":

1. You don't have to kiss anyone you don't want to.
2. You don't have to kiss anyone period. Passive voyeurs are welcome. Dirty voyeurs will get kicked out.
3. If you take pictures, you must promise to send a copy to Abigail Whistler, or your camera will be taken away.
4. All kissing must be done with someone of the same sex. There's liquor here for a reason!
5. If you move past the kissing stage, take it to a room unless you're comfortable with everyone watching.

Yeah, she definitely wasn't going to be telling her dad about this the next time she called home.

"Be interesting if it wasn't," Jo muttered, leaning in towards Evie.

Evie giggled, not having expected that, and kept her lips closed as they met Jo's. It was slightly different kissing a girl, jst as she'd thought. Jo's lips were softer, and different shaped, and she smelled different.

Interesting.

Evie closed her eyes, since that's what one did, and kissed a little harder, not sure how this was supposed to go, but willing to enjoy it so far.

Jo slid her hand up the back of Evie's head, deepening the kiss slightly.

Oh! Well then. As long as Jo didn't object. Evie tilted her head to get a better angle, and opened her mouth juuuust slightly, hoping Sokka could see this from wherever he was watching. "Mmm!"

Jo bit lightly at Evie's lower lip.

"MMM!" Which was not pain, just startlement, and then Evie kissed Jo back just a *little* harder, because she was going to have to try that on Sokka, and really, she owed Jo a little thank-you for that. "Mmmm."

And lo, there was tongue.

Harvelles had a competitive streak.

Which had Evie flailing for a moment, hands fluttering on Jo's shoulders, but, really, one had to be a good sport about these things. So, she decided to meet the challenge, and carefully darted her tongue out to meet Jo's.

Hmm. Tasted different than boys did too. Nice!

And Sokka is officially broken. He's staring, and sort of drooling, and going "Oooooooh..."

Jo broke the kiss to eye Sokka. "I think you need to check on your boyfriend," she murmured.

Evie licked her lips, blinking quite a bit and swaying just a little. "What? Oh, dear. I do think you're right." She beamed at Jo. "Thank you! That was lovely!"

Then she turned to Sokka, and looked hopeful. "Like that?"

Sokka nodded. And drooled. And sighed.
