The stables: Late Tuesday afternoon

Karal arrived at the stables, cheerful because Altra was back, even if he'd woken only long enough to eat several tins of salmon and was now snoring on his bed again.

It only took him a moment to notice something was missing.

"Where is my horse?"

With a resigned sigh, he shook his head, trying not to smile. "Very well, but come here now. I am not going to chase you."

Trenor curvetted sideways, trotting lightly, head held eye, looking mischievous.

Karal frowned more and turned partially away. "I am not chasing after you. If you want your dinner you will come here, right now."

Trenor blew out a breath and his head drooped. Hooves dragging, he walked over to Karal and shoved his head against his chest, obviously resigned to having no fun at all.

"Such drama," Karal told him, trying not laugh as he scratched behind his ears and down his neck. "You are a very silly horse."
