Roof, Tuesday night
Cassandra rather liked her new roommate. Meg was a genuinely nice person, and friendly in a way that reminded Cass of someone from another life.
But Cass was used to being alone. Especially at night. Even more especially during those few hours of sleep she allows herself. So after lying in the dark for a while, she had slipped out of the room and made her way up to the roof. It was quiet here, and she could be alone for a bit. Maybe even get some sleep.
After spending a few minutes staring out over the grounds, she begin stretching. Cassandra hadn't really had much chance to practice over the previous week, and up here no one would bother her.
ooc: Open. Someone should totally bother her.

"You...haven't happened to have seen a paintbrush around here, have you?" he asked, turning toward the new girl. "About...yay big, probably stained dark blue?"

So, he headed up to the roof, idly wondering how fast it would take to fill up water balloons to throw at people. You never knew when that would come in handy.
Oh! Person! Bart waved cheerfully at the new girl. "Hi!"

It made sense to him, shush.
"How'd you know my name?"

He bounced, thinking it over. Oh yes, he could picture the museums dedicated to him, the best Flash there was. And no mention of Wally anywhere at all, because he was a jerk. Never mind that she called him Bart and not Impulse or Flash, that would hit him later.
Hopefully.
Probably not.
"I knew I was cooler than Wally would ever be!"
