The dorms, Monday night

It had been a while since Cassandra had climbed a building. She didn't feel as if she needed to keep in practice, that life was behind her after all. But tonight she realized that she was actually missing it. There was something relaxing about scaling buildings.

So she waited until most of the lights had gone out in the windows, no need to startle people after all, and began at the bottom working her way toward the roof.

"Is it hard?" Rikku asked, leaning out a little. "'Cause it kinda looks like fun. I've never tried it, though."

Cassandra eyed Rikku, considering. "It's not hard, but... takes practice." She titled her head, "You might be good at it. You move good, at least.."

"Oh! Thanks. I, uh, I had to fight and all, you know?" She waved a hand dismissively. "I'm kinda the sneak up and hit somebody and run away type, more than stand back and swing a sword. Means I dodge good. That helps, right?"

Rikku tilted her head, thinking. "That kinda looks like fun."

"That's the smart way," Cassandra nodded in approval.

Then she grinned, "It is fun. You could learn." Then she considered, "But probably better when it's light."
