Third Floor Common Room - Tuesday Evening
Class had been interesting, as Neil had never really thought about a food stuff as being able to predict the future but then, really what made a crystal ball so special?
Speaking of food stuffs, despite the heat outside that still tried to claim the day as summer, Neil's instincts told him it was October and thus time for comfort foods. This translated into the tried and true staple, grilled cheese and soup.
Only Neil liked to add bacon and tomato to his grilled cheese. So he was out in the common room, frying bacon and setting out the necessary ingredients for the sandwich protion of the meal.
[ooc: Common room = open, like OOC = no end of the world.]

"Good evening, you." He said softly, a smile at the corner of his mouth. "Hungry?"

"You sure? I could make you just a plain grilled cheese. Might help sop up some of that tea?"
no subject
He didn't pull back though, not thinking that his current proximity could hinder the cooking process.

"Okay," he seemed to remember to speak on automatic pilot, shivering again and turning to kiss Andrew on the jaw.

The, offhandedly, he remarked, "You know, this would be a very bad position for you to be in if I was a vampire. You know, without a soul and all."
no subject
"Lucky for me, you're not a vampire. Though, I guess I'd be pretty torn if you were one, between fear for my life and wanting to be close to you like this."

He sighed contentedly, and gently kissed Neil behind the ear. "Would you be my dark paramour, Mr. Perry?" he asked at a whisper.
no subject
"Mmm, perhaps I could be the last vestige of your soul, isn't that how the romances usually work?"
no subject
At this point, Andrew became totally lost in his own thoughts.
no subject
"I do," he said quietly, since he certainly never planned to let someone in as close as he'd let Andrew.
Turning back to the stove, he quickly made up his sandwich and then poured soup into a large coffee mug.
"So, other than a bad stomach from too much tea, how are you doing?"
no subject
Andrew smiled and added, "I've been doing research for our camping trip."
no subject
"When would you like to do our camping trip? I was thinking maybe the weekend after Parents Weekend?"
no subject
Parents Weekend was something Andrew could definitely live without.
