Second Floor Common Room, Sunday Afternoon

Valentine had nobody coming to see him this weekend. Therefore, he was not out and about, celebrating the finer points of family and proudly showing off the campus and explaining classes and avoiding awkward explanations about how the world worked.

But that didn't mean he wanted to be cooped up in his room, being bitter about this point.

So, instead, he had invaded the second floor common room and had put a sign in the doorway.

Parents-less Party!
You don't have family on the island? That's no reason to be without! Grab the person nearest you and come on in, they're your parent for the day!

You know you want to. There's juggling. And popcorn. And Valentine has the TV turned to a Stuffed Domicile marathon for lack of anything better to put on.

He hadn't grabbed a parent for himself or anything. But Very Important Men had to be at least a little choosy.

(Open, as common rooms tend to be-- parents or not. Come on in and celebrate freedom from the 'rents, or rebel because you are bitter about parents, or even show up if your parents do happen to be about!)

"My throwing arm?" Sora thought a moment and then grinned. "Never better! What do you need me to do?"

Valentine grinned and set down all but three of the bowls on the counter.

"I need you to toss me the dishes, one by one, when I tell you to. Think you can handle that?"

Never let it be said that Valentine couldn't be a daredevil.

"Yeah! No problem!" Sora nodded.

With a nod, Valentine started to juggle the three bowls in his hands. It took him a moment to get a feel for the odd shape of them, but that moment soon passed, and he grinned over to Sora.

"Okay," he said with a nod. "Toss me one!"

Sora nodded with a grin and gently tossed one of the bowls over at Valentine.

The moment taken to nod before tossing the bowl was almost a moment too long, but Valentine managed to grab the bowl and add it to his mix of juggled dishes without letting any of them smash to the ground.

"A little more quickly, next time," he stated, juggling what he had for a moment before nodding. "Right, another one, then!"

Sora tossed it without pausing, and readied the next one.

And Valentine caught this one and added it to the spray.

Right, this was good! This was good! He'd just take another moment to figure out how in the world he was going to manage this with such different objects than he was used to, and- okay. Okay, he could do this.

He was pretty sure.

"Toss me another, Sora!"

"Yep!" He said as he tossed another, really getting into it.

Oop! This one, unfortunately, did happen to be a little too much, and Valentine fumbled it, desperately attempting to catch it on the tip of his toe.

Phew.

"Or perhaps not," he mused, continuing to juggle what he had while eying the bowl at the end of his foot.

"Should I try to get that off your foot?" Sora blinked, not really sure what to do now.

Valentine, of course, was stubborn.

"Nonono, it's good. Just toss another one!"

He wasn't going to give up until he absolutely had to.
