Fourth floor common room, Saturday morning
Dean had spent most of the last couple of days tracking down and getting things together for one of Sammy's presents and by now was a little sick of the inside of his room.
So he made a quick early morning trip into town for supplies and then set himself up in the Common Room. Currently he was cooking up breakfast, but he also had all the makings for some fudge and other candy recipes he'd found that he wanted to try. It was more ambitious than his usual cooking efforts, but, dude! Fudge!
He'd brought Hunter down with him as well, thinking that the cat had to be getting as sick of The Place as he was and Hunter was now happily stalking a small paper ball near the couch.

The exercise would do him good.
"Morning, Dean." He said cheerfully.

Pouring himself a cup, he smiled at Dean and headed for the stairs.
"Thank you."
