The Dorm Lawn, Friday Morning

There was snow. Ino didn't have any classes today.

Together this meant that, clearly, it was a day to play in the snow. And this time she was properly bundled up and wearing the hat and scarf Annette had given her for Christmas. At the moment Ino was entertaining herself by making snowballs and stockpiling them.

The first person she saw was totally getting a snowball lobbed at them.

[Open! So very open!]

"I'm Ino!" She said brightly, nearly bouncing with her glee, "It's nice to meet you!"

"Likewise," Sky replied, trying to look at least a little dignified as he brushed himself off. "... Wow, this stuff is wet."

"It's frozen water," Ino pointed out, "it's not going to be dry!"

[*cracks up laughing* Heeeee.]

"I don't know why that never occurred to me," said Sky, shivering. "I'd better head inside and change before I catch cold. I'm not used to this. It was... ... fun, though. I guess."

Ino grinned at him. "It'll get more fun, the longer you're here! You'll see. And don't drink all the hot chocolate!"

"I won't," said Sky, finding himself grinning back. "I was actually going to make some tea..." He turned to go, waving. "Er, as awkward as this is gonna sound, thanks for the snowball fight, Ino. See you around."
