Third Floor Common Room [Thursday Late Afternoon]
With his classes all already done for the week, Lee had the rest of the week for himself to be productive. Of course, being productive meant trudging down to the common room early Wednesday morning, flopping down on one of the couches and turning on the television.
At least there was a movie about space and ships and flying being shown. Lee could definitely make due with that.
"I could do that," Lee muttered, half watching and half not. "Easy."

He smiled at her. "And what? You think Lieutenant Kerrigan would automatically side with you because you're the better pilot? Please. She has eyes."

Liir, dressed and ready for the day already, made his way through the common room (distinctly avoiding the television though it was on at the moment, thankfully) to the kitchen area and removed three small baggies of brownies from the fridge. He turned to the other person there, one he didn't know, and held out a fourth.
"Would you like one?" he offered. "It's not exactly breakfast, but it might be good warmed up."

"You made brownies for breakfast?" Lee asked, turning his attention away from the movie and fully towards the sweets. "I should have met you sooner."
Lee took the offered brownie and smiled. "Thanks, man. I've been living off cereal."

"I made brownies the other night," he said, settling himself and his bag down carefully on a nearby seat that didn't face the television. From a pocket on the strap of his bag, a small ball of orange fluff bobbled out to sit on his chest.
"But they're still quite good."
They were stashed into his bag for dispersal over the rest of his day.
"They're spiced, incidentally."
They've also got vanilla and coffee flavors in there as well.
[had to get to work ^_^]

"The basis of the recipe was from a book I bought the other day, but the spices and some of the other flavors were an experiment. I'm tempted to try a similar recipe with a caramel sauce made from the candied kumquats I used for something else, but I wasn't feeling that bold. Or willing to do the scrubbing."

It was something of a comfort, considering his perspective on things.
"I like spices. As do, it seems, most of the people I tend to cook for. That's all."
The bunny was petted as he worked on the cilantro.

"Actually it's my boyfriend. Fandom Weirdness, I believe it's called. Would you happen to know Andrew Wells?" he asked as the bunny turned around and peered up at Liir.

"He's still himself in there. He just can't speak. Apparently, he was turned into a rabbit instead of a Rabbit."
The capital letter was audible enough.
"And he should be back to himself soon. It's been about a week, after all."
The little bunny ears flopped as Andrew nodded in the affirmative.
