Fifth Floor Common Room, Sunday Evening
Triela had been having a bad day. Bad weekend, really, if she were to be honest. The headache had begun on Friday and only intensified through to today. This wasn't something totally new, of course, and so she knew that it would probably peak tonight and that in the morning she'd wake up with just a painful memory.
She had moved herself out into the common room where she could replenish the ice in the towel draped across her forehead without going far and she found herself leaning back in a chair, head flopped back against the head-rest.
The truth was that despite the oddness, she was going to miss this place.

"Hey Triela," Ino greeted, noting the forehead towel. "You okay?"

She waved airily, "It's no big deal. I'll wake up tomorrow just fine. So tell me how you've been. Distraction still works, after all."

She curled up in a nearby chair. "I can't say I'm a good distraction really. I've been kinda not-so-great lately, but whatever. I'll deal." Somehow.

For just a moment her smile turned fond.

Why yes, her voice had risen there.

That seemed pretty moronic to her too.

Ino's problems with Cable-san were multiple really, and this was only one of them, but it was a good one, a reasonable one, and one that really really didn't make sense.

Which was sort of disappointing, really.

When it was pretty fucking obvious as far as she was concerned.

Triela sat silently for a moment, thinking. "So... you need something to blow off some steam. That's what it sounds like to me."

Stupid headache.
